My name is Anna Bielak and I live in Brighton – one of the most vibrant cities in the
UK.I am passionate about photography and extreme sports.
I had my first encounter with extreme sports at the age of 9 when I got my first pair
of rollerblades. I used to annoy my parents every day by begging them to take me to
the skate park so I could practice. Since then I have enjoyed many other extreme
sports. From speedflying to BMX, skating to paragliding, mountain biking to
surfing and kitesurfing, I’ve enjoyed them all. At the same time I’ve realised my
second passion - photography. I used to borrow my father’s camera, an old Zenit,
trying to achieve powerful action shots of my skater friends
I always try to push the boundaries and boldly go where noone has gone before! I
bring this sense of adventure to my photography and relish the challenge of shooting
at different sporting events. My goal is to travel the world, and dedicate my time
to capturing images that fascinate me so that I may fulfill my dream of becoming a
professional photographer.
